Our English-style barleywine is brewed with a base of Marris Otter malt and a healthy dose of caramel malt, which gives a rich sweetness. Aged for nearly a year in bourbon barrels, the beer gains deep notes of vanilla and wood, further enhanced by secondary fermentation in casks, adding even more layers of complexity.
